Mechanism
The concept of skin rejuvenation is that the Cone PCL (Polycaprolactone) Thread, an absorbable suture, has special design for hooking up your tissue under the sagging skin so the lifting result can be seen immediately after procedure. Later on, threads will gradually stimulate collagen production until it is completely absorbed by your body within 2 years. Then your own collagen will lift up your skin instead after that time and the results will last for 1-3 years. This provides the better outcome without any surgeries.

Surgical Technique:
Dr. Prinya uses the wavy and zigzag technique, which is sewing the PCL threads in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue of the skin. After finishing the sewing, the threads will be placed underneath the skin without seeing the thread on your skin. There is either no surgical scar or wound. However, you may see a few dimples from hooking effect and swelling from anesthetics, which will resolve within a few days. Little pain and discomfort during mouth opening after the procedure can be controlled by taking anti-inflammatory pills and cold pack compression for a few days.

Results and Effectiveness:
